Dr. Matousek is an integral part of keeping our family healthy. She is an amazing doctor and has such a beautiful spirit/demeanor. Our daughter has a genetic lung disease and Dr. Matousek’s natural approach has helped strengthen her and avoid several pharmaceuticals. I feel this is such a large reason she has been so healthy. Dr. Matousek is amazing! Over the course of a couple months, she helped change a lifetime issue of mine in my back and pelvis. She is very up front and honest about what recommended treatment options are and never over prescribed treatment frequency. Also, when I have been ill, she recommends treatment options that are effective and the provide the best support for my health.

I honestly never know what my hectic schedule will be like weeks ahead therefor I’m unable to pre-schedule my Chiro appointments. The staff at Real Health Chiro and Dr. Matousek are all so very friendly and accommodating to my crazy last minute appointments.

Postpartum Relief and a Welcoming Office
Dr. ShaRhae helped get me right after an intense labor and childbirth. I started feeling and seeing results after just my first adjustment. She is very kind and professional. I love how she explains her process and makes me feel so taken care of in her office. When I bring my baby, she is great with helping him feel comfortable too! The environment is clean, inviting, and warm the office staff is equally as helpful.

Transformed My Son’s Health Journey
My son was born with the help of vacuum extraction and was experiencing gut issues as a toddler. This led to a diagnosis of sensory processing disorder and many fight or flight episodes that our medical doctor did not have treatment for. Dr. Matousek adjusted my son and also diagnosed his candida overgrowth. She gave us homeopathic drops and suggested a diet change to help his gut. His extreme meltdowns decreased *significantly* under the care that he received at Real Health. We moved to a different state so sadly could not continue care there but will be forever grateful for our experience there.

Pregnancy and Infant Relief – Worth It!
Couldn’t have better things to say about Dr. Matousek @ Real Health. My first pregnancy I had a lot of pain, I started seeing her early second pregnancy and completely mitigated.
My baby had a tough run weeks 1-7. I was extremely hesitant to do chiro for such a youngen, but it absolutely changed the game for us immediately. My baby is so much more comfortable – I regret not visiting earlier.
Not only is she extremely knowledgeable and good at her practice, but Dr. Matousek has incredible customer service also – gives me her full attention and time during appts to feel comfortable and learn what she’s doing. I highly recommend!!!
